The Saveurs et Savoirs Festival, in collaboration with the gourmet journalist François-Régis Gaudry, is an annual celebration of culture and gastronomy that promises an unforgettable experience for foodies and wine enthusiasts alike.

The Festival Highlights:

  • Friday, October 13th: The festival kicks off with a bang at L'Ombrière, where François-Régis Gaudry will host an exciting lineup of chefs and writers who have published culinary books. Meanwhile, at the Capitole, indulge in a cinematic experience with screenings of food-themed films. The day also features a gastronomic photography exhibition at the Médiathèque.

  • Saturday, October 14th: Prepare for a day of enlightening conferences, book signings, and tastings. The Ombrière will host talks by culinary luminaries like Pierre Gagnaire and Anne-Sophie Pic, while the amphithéâtre at Place aux Herbes will feature discussions on topics ranging from healthy aging to the art of pastry-making. The Collège Lou Redounet will offer master classes with renowned chefs.

  • Sunday, October 15th: The festival concludes with more thought-provoking discussions and tastings. Highlights include talks by Anthony Berthou and Frédéric Bau, as well as an awards ceremony hosted by Constance Lasserre. The Place aux Herbes amphitheatre will continue its series of talks and tastings, and Collège Lou Redounet will host unique events such as "Bien Vieillir en Recettes" and "Le Grand Show du Cacao."


In addition to these fantastic events, the festival also includes a gastronomic challenges and captivating film screenings at the Capitole.
